SHIPPING
We ship with USPS, Monday through Friday. Most orders hit the road within 3 days of being placed. Custom, made-to-order and pre-sale merch take a bit longer and will have shipping times noted in the product description.
Orders are shipped with USPS Ground and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping with Priority Mail is available for an additional fee. For Priority shipping, add a shipping upgrade to your cart and we'll take care of the rest. Priority Mail typically arrives in 1-3 business days.
Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent with USPS Ground.
Delivery times vary based on location. International Ground orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks, and Priority orders in 6-10 business days. Promotional discounts for free shipping are limited to domestic orders only, and do not apply to international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you’re not happy with your order.
Most items can be returned or exchanged if they're unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads and shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, with the exception of damaged or incorrect orders.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll need pictures of the package and contents to process a replacement or refund. We'll cover return shipping if we ask you to mail it back.
PAYMENTS & PRIVACY
Payments are encrypted and processed securely through PayPal or Stripe, depending on the payment method you choose during checkout.
Personal information collected, like your name or address, is used to process and ship your order. Email addresses collected by signing up for the mailing list are used to send newsletters and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We respect your privacy and never sell your data.
